March baking schedule

The baking schedule for March is here:
  • Week 1, Mar 5: Bounty tart (chocolate and coconut)
  • Week 2, Mar 12: Maple bacon scones
  • Week 3, Mar 19: Lemon twist with white cheese
  • Week 4, Mar 26: Cardamon Pulla bread

Special feature for St. Patrick’s Day: Grasshopper Pie (alcoholic); pick up/delivery on Friday March 16th.

December baking schedule

December schedule will be short due to my vacation. Do not despair, I promise these will compensate:
  • Week 1, December 4th: Gingerbread cupcakes with plum butter and chocolate ganache
  • Week 2, December 11th: Cranberry and orange cake

As usual, pick up/drop off is scheduled for Mondays.

I will resume the regular baking in January.

Introducing: subscription baked goods for delivery and pick-up

The idea for this subscription is to rotate delicious recipes on regular basis and bake them fresh to order (pick up or delivery). To test the frequency I will start with a weekly baking schedule.
minimum order is a single batch of the current offering. One batch is priced at $20 and defined as:
  • 10-12 muffins or 22-24 mini muffins
  • 13-15 cookies
  • approximately 18 x 12 cm cake pan
  • 1 pie
In addition I will offer speciality items for special occasions, such as Halloween, Xmass, Valentine’s Day. Stay tuned for those!
